Zusammenfassung
Die Neurodermitis im Kindesalter ist ein multifaktorielles Krankheitsgeschehen und
häufiges Thema in der pädiatrischen und hausärztlichen Sprechstunde. Aufgrund der
Komplexität der Ursachen, der Neigung zu langwierigen Verläufen oder der Umwandlung
in andere Erkrankungen des atopischen Formenkreises ist dieses Krankheitsbild ein
häufiger Anlass zur Frage der Eltern nach integrativmedizinischen Therapieansätzen.
Die Anthroposophische Medizin ist als integrative Heilmethode immer bemüht, dem Menschen
auf allen Ebenen seines Daseins gerecht zu werden. Bei chronischen Hauterkrankungen
wie der Neurodermitis erscheint das unverzichtbar. So kann schon ein einziger aufregender
Tag für ein Kind mit Neurodermitis eine massive Verschlechterung des Hautbildes und
eine entsprechend von seinem Juckreiz beherrschte schlaflose Nacht für die ganze Familie
bedeuten. Der Beitrag beschreibt einige grundlegende Aspekte der Herangehensweise
dieser Heilmethode.
Abstract
Neurodermatitis in childhood is a multifactorial disease and a frequent topic in the
consultations of pediatricians and general practitioners. Due to the complexity of
the causes, the tendency to protracted courses or transformation into other diseases
of this group of atopic diseases, this clinical picture is a frequent cause for parents
to ask about integrative medical therapy approaches. Anthroposophic medicine, as an
integrative healing method, always strives to do justice to the human being on all
levels of his existence. This seems to be indispensable in the case of chronic skin
diseases such as neurodermatitis. Thus, for a child with neurodermatitis even a single
exciting day can mean a massive deterioration of the skin condition and a sleepless
night for the whole family dominated by the child‘s itching. The article describes
some basic aspects of the approach of this healing method.
